The United Palace Theater is located at 4140 Broadway (corner of 175th St). The best way to get there is to take the A train to the 175th Street station, then walk about 1 block east to Broadway.
i think bleeker is... on the 4. not positive though.
What is the closest subway station to the United Palace Theatre, New York??symphony opera theater
Try calling the MTA info line. The number is 718-330-1234. They can get you within a block or two of your destination.
175 st station on the A train. Its even handicapped accessible.
well i wouldnt say they are great, look at the seating plan, but theres always something about being in the top tier at the theatre. i would say try and get seats in the middle front if possible - but if you cant dont worry, being up that high just makes it a better atmosphere in my opinion
Yes, if you are in the FIRST row center.
I'm from GR, MI and am flying to New York for the day to see a show and wanted to get an idea of how much cash to bring for cab fare and food.
A cab will run you about $40.00 to $45.00.
About how much is cab fare from La Guardia to The Palace Theatre on Broadway?comedy show opera theater
http://yellowcabnyc.com/farestimater
$50
Performance at Christmas/New Year.
Well, unless I'm vry much mistaken you'll be watching Python's Spamalot, so how's about suspenders and a bra! Ok maybe you're no Knight or Lumberjack so go as you feel comfortable. Theatre's a more open activity these days and the social taboo surrounding it's gone too.
How should you dress to attend an even performance at the Palace Theatre in London?events opera theater
dress as you normally would dont pretend to be someone or something your not dont feel that you have to dress up because your going to a performance at the palace theatre
There is no dress code at the Palace Theatre. I've been to plenty of West End shows in jeans and no one's raised an eyebrow. Sure, there are people who make a special effort to dress up, but then there are plenty of tourists with their day packs and trainers.
Generally, I dress according to where I'm planning to eat dinner that night.
There is no "dress code" for any ordinary performance at any London theatre, so you could turn up in jeans and a t-shirt and no one will care. Everyone will be dressed casually.
Just the opposite from the way you'd dress for an odd performance ... I ...suppose ?
Smart to smart-casual if you want to fit in.
Alternatively, why not wear something amusing, like a reindeer outfit with oversized head?
wear smart and go for layers! it can get really hot inside
Unfortunately most people don't dress up too much for the theatre these days - if it's a Friday or Saturday, then people tend to dress up a little more. Most importantly, be comfortable - I hear Spamalot is a great show and you will laugh lots so make sure it is something you can move in as you will be rocking back and forth! I would think smart to smart casual is the best way to go.
a lil black dress with a shrug would work fine along with pearls or diamonds!
u could wear a formal red number too or something attractive like fushia or ochre depending if u are flirtatious with colors.
else stick to the normal black dress and u wont go wrong!!!
wear the heels high!! it will give an oomph! to ur legs.......
go get it
