I just got tickets for a concert at the Palace Theatre in Albaby NY. My seats are ORC R, Row L, Seats 32-34. I have tried to look at the seating chart and cant figure it out. Does anyone know if these seats are good ?

just got tickets to see Wicked at the Cadillac Palace Theater in Chicago. The seats are in Dress Circle front row one section left of center...I'm wondering if i made a mistake getting these. I was not aware that the balcony hangs over us by about 10 rows...will this block our view? If anyone has ever sat in these seats, can you please tell me how the view is? Thanks...Also, does the Cadilllac offer seat upgrades at the box office on the day of the show?
